Regional Communications Manager
Kristin Hogan Schildwachter is a strategic communications leader in emergency management, currently serving as Regional Communications Manager for the Bay Area Security Initiative. She develops and leads regional strategies that unify emergency public communication across 12 counties, advancing a coordinated approach in one of the nation’s most complex metropolitan regions. Through her leadership, Kristin amplifies the impact of UASI-funded programs, fostering collaboration, strengthening public trust, and enhancing the Bay Area’s resilience to disasters.
